The inaugural running of the A2A Arbuckles to Ardmore Race for Mercy is a two-day community-wide event offering a wide range of opportunities for Southern Oklahomans to get personally involved in the fight against cancer. The A2A will conduct a Marathon, Half-Marathon and 5K race on March 28 with registration and a carb-load dinner on March 27. The Ardmore Chamber of Commerce will also offer a Health and Fitness Expo in conjunction with the race on March 27. For details and registration, go to www.a2amarathon.com.
Lake Murray State Park 
While visiting Lake Murray State Park, it's hard to miss the incredible Tucker Tower Nature Center, which was built by the WPA.
